The launched website shows the PowerChord B2C Module (Dealer Websites) developed for Montana Silversmiths. Designed to take customers from the Montana Silversmith website to an authorized Dealer site for purchase, this example starts at the beginning of the process, the dealer locator.
Customers are prompted to enter a zip code and click “Shop & Buy” in order to find authorized dealers in their area. A specific dealer is chosen by selecting “Click Here to Shop & Buy.”
The customer is then taken to the Dealer’s PowerChord website, where they can select products and complete an online purchase in an environment similar to that of the Manufacturer/ Distributor website.
